Returns/Exchanges

Returning Merchandise Check contents immediately upon receiving. All claims for damaged merchandise must be made within 24 hours of receipt. In order to return merchandise, you must obtain an RMA number from us Returns must be received within 14 days of the date of issue of the RMA number. No returns will be accepted without our prior authorization and no returns no refunds and no exchange on special orders and bulk orders Please include the following information:  1. Full name and address  2. Phone number  3. E-mail address  4. Original Order Confirmation Number (if available)  5. Your reason for returning the merchandise  6. RMA number Exchanging Items Items may be exchanged only in the case of a warehouse shipping error. In order to exchange merchandise, you must obtain an RMA number from the Wholesale Department. Requests for exchange must be received within 14 days from the date of issue of the RMA number.  No exchanges will be accepted without our prior authorization.
